Ensuring that L&D initiatives align with organizational capability requirements, operational excellence, employee development, and the future skills roadmap.

Consolidating training statistics for business reviews and compliance reporting.

Conducting ongoing Training Needs Analysis

Implementing the L&D strategy in alignment with HR, Operations, and Leadership requirements.

Ensuring a consistent, high-quality learning experience across the business.

Developing, coordinating, and deliver learning programmes supporting organizational, team, and individual capability needs.

Partnering with leaders to embed learning into performance management and career
development.

Creating/ Developing training content, manuals, digital modules, onboarding programmes, and system-specific learning.

Developing customized training programmes with the assistance of AI, learning journeys, curricula and blended learning solutions.

Learning Management System (LMS) reporting

Building and deploying e-learning programmes, assessments, development plans, certifications, and compliance modules.

Ensuring new employees receive structured, aligned, and timely learning to enable rapid competence.

Champion a learning culture that promotes continuous improvement, curiosity,
and growth.

Qualification & Skills

Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Psychology, Education or similar.

3 – 5 years in an L&D environment

Experience managing an LMS and running end-to-end L&D cycles.

Experience in the development, facilitation, and learning programme development.
