About the Role
The Loyalty Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and maximizing customer lifetime value through innovative campaigns and rewards strategies. This position requires collaboration with various teams to develop a holistic customer segmentation strategy, increase customer engagement, and continuously review and enhance the current rewards structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a holistic customer segmentation strategy in partnership with CRM and BI teams.
- Increase customer engagement through relevant rewards, segmentation, and innovative campaigns.
- Monitor and manage progress through reporting, including brief the Digital team to extract behavioural insights from digital platforms.
- Continuously review and enhance the current rewards structure and benefits based on customer data, usage, and competitive benchmarks.
- Negotiate third-party collaborations to add value to programmes.
