About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our high-performing finance team in Greenstone. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting operational leadership through accurate reporting, cost management, and strategic financial insights. Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts
- Costing, budgeting, and forecasting within a production environment
- Variance analysis and financial performance reporting
- Inventory and cost control management
- Financial modelling and operational support to management
- Assisting with month-end and year-end processes
- Driving process improvements and efficiency initiatives
Requirements
- CIMA qualification
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Experience within a production / manufacturing environment
- Strong costing and financial analysis skills
- Advanced MS Excel proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
