About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HVAC technician to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of refrigeration basics, including pressures, temperatures, and leak detection, as well as experience with brazing, wiring controls, and troubleshooting faults in split systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle brazing, wiring controls, and troubleshooting faults in split systems
  • Utilize gauges, vacuums, recovery machines, and basic electrical knowledge to diagnose and repair HVAC issues
  • Work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in the HVAC trade
  • Solid knowledge of refrigeration basics, including pressures, temperatures, and leak detection
  • Familiarity with brazing, wiring controls, and troubleshooting faults in split systems
  • Basic electrical knowledge to work with up to 20 volts
