NOC T4 Engineer (Senior) – SOUTH AFRICAN CITIZEN’s – Midrand HQ – R32,000 – R35,000 basic (flexible for talent)
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated NOC T4 Engineer to join our growing telecommunications team. You will play a vital role in monitoring, troubleshooting, and managing network operations to ensure top-tier service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Field Teams: Monitor escalations and assist field teams with issues.
Security & Compliance: Deploy firewalls and contribute to a secure network environment.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams for network resilience.
Project Management & Documentation: Lead network-related projects and documentation.
Experience & Qualifications:
3-4 years in a NOC role and a network qualification.
Experience with Ubiquiti, Cambium, or similar wireless vendors.
Understanding of IP networking, dynamic routing protocols, and ISP design networks.
Knowledge of PtMP wireless technologies (5GHz, 2GHz).
Proficiency in network topology and troubleshooting.
Ability to manage escalations and handle node failures effectively.
CCNP-level networking knowledge.
