Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support financial system implementations and enhancements
- Prepare and present board and executive reporting packs
- Translate business requirements into financial reporting solutions
- Improve financial processes, controls, and data integrity
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Act as liaison between Finance, IT, and operational stakeholders
Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education:
BCom Degree
CIMA qualification (essential)
Completed articles
Experience:
Experience in mainstream finance (financial accounting / management accounting)
Proven exposure to financial systems implementation or optimisation
Experience compiling board or executive reporting
Exposure to ERP systems and reporting tools
Skills:
Strong Excel and data handling ability
Financial modelling and reporting automation
Systems thinking and process improvement mindset
Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
