About the Role
Network Finance is seeking a seasoned DevOps & Infrastructure Lead to spearhead the evolution of our traditional systems environment into a modern, automated, cloud-driven DevOps capability. As a hands-on leadership role, you will guide a small team in modernizing infrastructure, embedding DevOps practices, and ensuring stability across both cloud and on-prem environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and Drive DevOps Transformation
- Lead Infrastructure & Operations
- Oversee on-prem environments, Linux systems, NGINX, PHP runtimes, MySQL, and MongoDB
- Ensure reliable backup, recovery, capacity planning, and domain/DNS/MS365 management
- Maintain compliance with ISO 27001:2022 controls and security best practices
Requirements
- 7+ years in infrastructure or systems administration
- 3+ years in a leadership or team management role
- 2+ years working with AWS and DevOps practices
- Experience with automation (Ansible, scripting), CI/CD pipelines, observability, and containerized environments
- Exposure to ISO27001, CAB processes, patching cycles, and DR frameworks
