About the Role
Join Network Contracting as a Junior Project Manager and support a top-tier bank in their complex programme. As part of our operational backbone, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-visibility initiatives and contribute to the success of senior leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Junior Project Manager or PMO professional to gain exposure to enterprise-level programmes, strong governance practices, and clear career progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Programme and Project Managers with day-to-day coordination and delivery activities
- Schedule, prepare for, and minute governance meetings, workshops, and forums
- Produce weekly and monthly status reports, dashboards, RAID logs, and SteerCo packs
- Maintain programme documentation, templates, trackers, and repositories with strong version control
- Track milestones, actions, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions across workstreams
- Support stakeholder communication, updates, and follow-ups
- Assist with planning, delivery tracking, testing coordination, cutover planning, and go-live support
- Provide administrative, financial, and resourcing support (POs, invoices, onboarding)
Requirements
- Relevant Project Management qualification (certification required)
- Previous experience in a PMO, project support, or junior project management role
- Exposure to large or complex programmes is advantageous
