Job Description
- Implement, support, and optimise Dealer Management Systems (DMS) within client dealerships.
- Analyse dealership financial and operational processes to ensure system alignment and efficiency.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and best practice usage of the DMS.
- Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with internal IT and software providers for resolution.
- Assist clients in improving workflows, reporting, and compliance through system capabilities.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure optimal system usage.
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as the go-to specialist for DMS-related queries.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in Finance, Accounting, IT, or Business (advantageous).
- Strong background in automotive dealership operations, particularly finance and administration.
- Proven experience with Dealer Management Systems (e.g., Kerridge, Automate, Evolve, Autoline, or similar).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills with the ability to train and guide teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
