About the Role
Network Finance is seeking a highly experienced Senior Operational Risk Manager to lead our operational risk management lifecycle, ensuring effective risk coverage and process improvement initiatives across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the full operational risk management lifecycle, providing a consolidated view of risk across the organisation
- Develop and maintain robust operational risk frameworks, governance structures, and assurance processes
- Coordinate combined assurance activities, including audit and reliance planning
- Continuously monitor and assess the operational risk profile, implementing controls to mitigate financial and operational losses
- Drive process improvement initiatives, including automation and efficiency enhancements
Requirements
- Strong understanding of operational risk, governance, compliance, and assurance frameworks
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate, influence, and challenge stakeholders at executive level
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Accounting, Financial Management, or a related discipline
