About the Role
George Rennie & Co (Pty} Ltd, a leading East Rand Property Management Company, is seeking an experienced and skilled Scheme Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for controlling the full function of Sectional Title and Homeowner Association Management, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaison with owners and Scheme Executives
- Full Administration of various schemes
- Invoice, Statement and document distribution
- Record keeping, archiving, and filing
- Liaison with service providers, quotes, invoices
- Updating of clients database
- Following up with arrears
- Payment of services
- Maintaining records and minute books
- Time management working under pressure
Requirements
- Grade 12 Year Administrative experience
- Fluent in English (Read and write)
- Good communicator
- Computer literate (Word and Excel)
- High accuracy levels
- Problem solving
- Good co-ordination skills
Qualifications
- Further Education an advantage
- Negotiation skills
- East Rand Residency
