• Drive strategic decision-making through advanced quantitative analysis.
• Oversee impairment calculations and ensure compliance with credit policies.
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Partner with stakeholders to optimize credit risk strategies and portfolio performance.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in banking with a focus on credit risk decisioning.
• Strong knowledge of scorecards, profitability models, impairments, and credit policies.
• High proficiency in:
  • SQL
  • Python
  • Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated people management and leadership skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
