Job duties: Lead and supervise daily packing operations to achieve production targets. Maintain quality, safety, and efficiency across all production lines. Requirements: Matric or equivalent qualification. 3 years of supervisory experience in FMCG or manufacturing. Strong people leadership and communication skills.
