In this hands-on role, you will manage a team, ensure consistent product quality, and maintain the highest safety and hygiene standards. Job duties: Lead and supervise daily packing operations to achieve production targets. Maintain quality, safety, and efficiency across all production lines. Motivate and train your team to perform at their best. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise performance. Monitor workflow, stock usage, and machine efficiency. Requirements: Matric or equivalent qualification. 3 years of supervisory experience in FMCG or manufacturing. Strong people leadership and communication skills.
