About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Passenger Vehicle Administration Clerk to join our team in Johannesburg’s Northern Suburbs. As an administrative clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate invoicing processes, maintaining data within the accounting system, and collaborating with team members to meet operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare, process, and issue invoices for clients and finance houses
- Capture and maintain invoicing data within the accounting system
- Identify discrepancies and take corrective action where necessary
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
- Assist with general administrative duties within the dealership
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines and operational requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Invoicing Clerk or in a similar administrative role in the motor industry dealership environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience with Evolve (advantageous)
- Knowledge of the motor industry (essential)
