Personal Assistant to the Managing Director & CEO Randburg R25k

What Youll Be Doing

Manage complex executive diaries and prioritise MD & CEO schedules

Prepare executive reports, presentations, and briefing packs

Coordinate cross-branch meetings and track strategic action items

Liaise with logistics, sales, and finance teams to align directives

Handle confidential stakeholder communication and documentation
Experience & Qualifications
-
Minimum 5 years experience supporting MD or CEO level

Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or related field

Executive/Personal Assistant certification advantageous

Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Experience in logistics, storage, property, or operations-driven environments preferred

Proven ability to prepare executive-level documentation and manage confidential information
