What Youll Be Doing

• Manage complex executive diaries and prioritise MD & CEO schedules

• Prepare executive reports, presentations, and briefing packs

• Coordinate cross-branch meetings and track strategic action items

• Liaise with logistics, sales, and finance teams to align directives

• Handle confidential stakeholder communication and documentation

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience supporting MD or CEO level

• Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or related field

• Executive/Personal Assistant certification advantageous

• Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Experience in logistics, storage, property, or operations-driven environments preferred

• Proven ability to prepare executive-level documentation and manage confidential information
