Job Description

Key Focus Areas: Day-to-day procurement support (RFQs, POs, supplier follow-ups) Supplier sourcing, onboarding, and database management Cost analysis, spend tracking, and inventory support Procurement data accuracy and reporting (Excel, dashboards, ERP) Compliance with procurement policies and governance Exposure to AI, automation, and analytics tools in procurement Essential : BTech or BCom in Supply Chain Management (or closely related qualification) 01 year experience (graduate / trainee level) Basic understanding of procurement & supply chain principles Basic AI training or exposure (data analysis, reporting, or automation tools) Proficiency in MS Office , especially Excel Strong numerical and analytical skills High attention to detail with accurate data and documentation handling Good communication skills and ability to work in a structured environment Ethical and professional approach to procurement activities
