Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Product and Customer Performance Analytics: Analyse product performance metrics including: Engagement rates Completion rates Customer satisfaction Retention indicators Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities Build and maintain structured performance reports and dashboards Translate data into actionable product recommendations Support regular product reviews and roadmap discussions Digital Product and Experience Optimisation: Track and analyse engagement across self-paced and blended learning products Evaluate user journeys and identify friction points Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for new and existing product features Conduct structured QA reviews of product content and digital experience (from a user and performance perspective) Support experimentation and improvement initiatives Research, Client and Market Insight Reporting: Develop structured client insight reports analysing learner performance, satisfaction, and employment outcomes Produce market insight reports highlighting industry trends, demand signals, competitor positioning, and emerging skills Translate quantitative and qualitative data into executive-ready insight documents Support business development and leadership teams with data-backed reports for client engagements and strategic discussions Identify patterns in client feedback and translate them into product improvement opportunities Contribute to thought leadership content using research and analytics findings Market and Competitive Intelligence: Conduct ongoing research on: Industry trends (AI, automation, digital transformation, emerging tech skills) Competitor offerings and positioning Pricing and packaging models Translate insights into product positioning and differentiation recommendations Contribute data and insight to thought leadership content Support product messaging with data-backed insights Product Strategy and Roadmap Support: Support the Product Manager in evaluating product viability and performance Assist in defining product enhancements and new feature opportunities Provide data-backed input into roadmap prioritisation Support measurement frameworks that align product delivery to business outcomes Go-to-Market and Cross-Functional Enablement: Provide insights to marketing and sales teams on: Target segments Value propositions Performance trends Support launch readiness tracking for new or updated programmes Help define success metrics for new initiatives Required Experience and Qualifications: Required: 2-3 years experience in: Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Operations, or Data/Insights role Experience working with product performance metrics and customer data Strong Excel/Google Sheets proficiency Experience creating dashboards and structured reports Ability to translate data into insights and recommendations Strong analytical thinking and commercial awareness Preferred: Experience in edtech, education, digital learning, SaaS, or technology-driven environments Exposure to LMS platforms or digital product ecosystems Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, etc.) Basic SQL knowledge Experience supporting product launches
