Key Responsibilities
- Manage full project life cycle from initiation to completion across multiple interior fit-out projects.
- Coordinate site activities, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, materials, and compliance with industry safety standards.
- Lead project documentation, reporting, and close-out procedures.
- Work both independently and within multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in project management within interior construction.
- Strong background in retail and restaurant fit-out projects.
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, methodologies, and safety protocols.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and basic Microsoft Project.
