What Youll Do:

• Manage full project life cycle from initiation to completion across multiple interior fit-out projects.

• Coordinate site activities, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery.

• Oversee budgets, schedules, materials, and compliance with industry safety standards.

• Lead project documentation, reporting, and close-out procedures.

• Work both independently and within multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience in project management within interior construction.

• Strong background in retail and restaurant fit-out projects.

• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, methodologies, and safety protocols.

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and basic Microsoft Project.

• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transport.
