An established Property Developer based in Hyde Park, Gauteng, is seeking a skilled and detail-driven Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic, office-based commercial team. You will report directly to the Senior Head of the QS Department, a highly experienced and commercially astute professional, offering you the opportunity to work within a team that values accuracy, financial control, and strategic project management. Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor (Developer or Main Contractor background preferred) Proficient in CCS BuildSmart this is essential Strong financial, contractual, and cost management skills Excellent communication and reporting ability Relevant QS or Construction Management qualification Key Responsibilities: Preparing and managing project budgets, BOQs, and cost plans Performing valuations, progress claims, and cost forecasting Managing procurement, tender analysis, and subcontractor accounts Supporting the Senior QS Department Head in all commercial functions Package: Salary: R60 000 per month Medical Aid: 100% company-paid Discovery Health Provident Fund: 10% total contribution (5% employer 5% employee) If youre a results-driven Quantity Surveyor with solid CCS BuildSmart expertise and a passion for property development, wed love to hear from you.
