About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at Route Management in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining a welcoming reception area.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Manage appointments, bookings, and meeting room schedules
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Qualification – Grade 12
- Own transport
- Professional, friendly, and well-presented
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous reception or customer service experience is an advantage
