About the Role

WMS Secure is seeking a Results-oriented RPO Team Lead with proven experience leading recruitment delivery teams within outsourced recruitment environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing end-to-end talent acquisition, meeting SLA-driven hiring targets, and partnering closely with client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage an RPO recruitment team delivering against client SLAs and KPIs
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles and business units
  • Act as primary escalation point for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Partner with client hiring managers to understand workforce planning and hiring forecasts
  • Drive recruitment strategy, sourcing effectiveness, and delivery excellence
  • Monitor team performance, quality of hire, time-to-fill, and cost-per-hire
  • Coach, mentor, and develop recruiters to improve capability and performance
  • Allocate requisitions, manage workloads, and ensure resourcing alignment
  • Ensure compliance with labour legislation, EE requirements, and client policies
  • Prepare and present recruitment metrics, reports, and client updates
  • Identify process improvements and implement best-practice recruitment solutions

Requirements

  • Qualification in HR, Business Management, or related field (advantageous)
  • 5+ years recruitment experience, including RPO or outsourced models
  • 2+ years in a team lead or supervisory role
  • Strong ATS, VMS & recruitment reporting experience
