Job Description
A company is seeking a Results-oriented RPO Team Lead with proven experience leading recruitment delivery teams within outsourced recruitment environments. Strong track record of managing end-to-end talent acquisition, meeting SLA-driven hiring targets, and partnering closely with client stakeholders. Skilled in team leadership, performance management, workforce planning, and continuous improvement across high-volume and specialist recruitment portfolios.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage an RPO recruitment team delivering against client SLAs and KPIs

Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles and business units

Act as primary escalation point for clients and internal stakeholders
-
Partner with client hiring managers to understand workforce planning and hiring forecasts

Drive recruitment strategy, sourcing effectiveness, and delivery excellence

Monitor team performance, quality of hire, time-to-fill, and cost-per-hire
-
Coach, mentor, and develop recruiters to improve capability and performance
-
Allocate requisitions, manage workloads, and ensure resourcing alignment
-
Ensure compliance with labour legislation, EE requirements, and client policies
-
Prepare and present recruitment metrics, reports, and client updates

Identify process improvements and implement best-practice recruitment solutions
