About the Role

We are seeking highly experienced Sales Executives to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for converting qualified leads into deals, managing client relationships, and driving business growth. If you have a strong background in heat exchanger design and sales, and excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Convert qualified leads into deals onto the system
Collaborate with Design Engineer to capture detailed technical & product requirements
Determine whether Customer needs align with standard, configurable, bespoke, or project-based products
Drive quotation process by coordinating technical input and ensure accuracy in pricing and delivery timelines
Keep all deals updated with close dates, delivery timelines, and commercial terms

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years experience in heat exchanger design and sales
Strong knowledge of thermodynamics and heat transfer principles
Experience in managing Client relationships and developing new business opportunities
Proficient on MS Office Suite & any CRM systems
Ability to converse in both English and Afrikaans

Qualifications

Mechanical Engineering Degree/Diploma
