About the Role

Bushwise, a well-established South African hospitality group, is seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Executives to join its growing national sales team. These roles are ideal for proactive sales professionals with a passion for hospitality and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively source and secure new business opportunities for hotel accommodation, conferencing, and group bookings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, and event planners.
Conduct regular client meetings, sales calls, and property presentations.
Promote the groups portfolio of properties to drive occupancy and revenue.
Work closely with the national sales team and property management to ensure client needs are met.
Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows where required.
Prepare proposals, contracts, and quotations for potential clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client engagement within CRM systems.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and revenue goals.

Requirements

Previous experience in hotel, hospitality, or travel industry sales will be advantageous. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Self-motivated with a proactive sales mindset. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational and time management skills. Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel locally for client visits.
