About the Role
Surge is seeking an experienced Sectional Title Portfolio Manager to join a leading property management company based in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of sectional titles, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements
- Minimum Matric qualification
- At least 3 years experience in Sectional Title / HOA Property Management
- Candidates based in Cape Town will be prioritised
- A business or financial qualification and a Paddocks Certificate are advantageous (if applicable)
