Key Responsibilities
• Operate as a true extension of the CEO, managing the day-to-day flow while staying one step ahead.
• Seamlessly manage a complex calendar, meetings, and travel.
• Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and briefing packs.
• Act as a trusted gatekeeper filtering communication and priorities.
• Coordinate meetings at executive and board level (with full follow-through).
• Keep projects, deadlines, and strategic initiatives on track.
• Build strong relationships across teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience supporting senior executives (CEO-level exposure ideal)
