Senior Brickwork and Finishing Foreman Reporting to: Site Manager Seniority Level: Mid-Career (5-8 years’ experience) Type: Contractor Duties and Responsibilities: Comprehensive & Expanded Job Specification Main Purpose of the Role To assume total operational accountability for the scheduling, execution, and quality assurance of all structural wet trades through to high-end architectural handovers. Structural & Architectural Brickwork Specifications Setting Out, Profiles & Layouts Structural Integrity & Alignment Reinforcement & Cavity Management Mortar, Grout & Concrete Batching Access & Scaffolding Safety General Wet Trades & Pre-Finishing Lifecycle High-Volume Plastering Systems Floor Screeding & Sub-Base Preparation Waterproofing & Joint Sealing Comprehensive Architectural Finishes & Handover Mastery Tiling & Floor Coverings Ceilings & Partitioning Joinery & Carpentry Painting, Glazing & Wall Coatings Protection of Works Protocol Material, Subcontractor & Commercial Site Management Rework Prevention Mandate Material Bill Verification Waste & Cost Mitigation Subcontractor Management Proactive Snagging & Handover Preparation OHS Act Compliance Job Requirements & Qualifications Minimum of 5 to 8 years of verified experience operating as a Senior dual Brickwork and Finishing Foreman on large-scale projects Valid trade test certificate or formal tertiary qualification in Construction Supervision / Building Science Advanced capability in reading and interpreting complex drawings Demonstrated track record of delivering defect-free projects under accelerated timelines Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transport Sectors: Construction Functions: Foreman
