We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Application Analyst to join our team in Johannesburg. As the key link between finance, operations, and IT, you will deliver high-value business intelligence and digital transformation solutions, shaping the future state of business processes and reporting environments. Key Responsibilities
- Lead analysis and design phases of digital transformation and business intelligence initiatives
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, interpret, and document business requirements and define future state solutions
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business, development, and BI teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Design and implement reporting, analytics, and financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams

Requirements
- Education: Relevant BCom or equivalent business/financial qualification
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in business analysis, reporting, or related roles
- Strong experience working with financial systems and system integrations
- Experience in data warehousing and business intelligence environments
Qualifications
- Advanced Excel and PowerPivot skills
- Strong understanding of financial systems and KPIs
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform in-depth analysis
