About the Role

As a Senior Business Application Analyst, you will act as a key link between stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis and solution design for digital transformation initiatives
- Engage with stakeholders to understand current processes and define future-state solutions
- Gather, interpret, and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams
- Collaborate with project, development, and BI teams to ensure successful delivery

Requirements
Relevant degree in Finance, Business, IT, or related field (e.g., BCom or equivalent)
58 years experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or BI-focused roles
Strong experience working with financial systems and system integrations
Experience working with large datasets and reporting environments
Solid understanding of financial systems and processes
