About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Developer to join our dynamic data team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust and scalable BI solutions, dashboards, and data models that enable analytics and business intelligence at enterprise scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise-grade BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
- Build semantic models, star schemas, snowflake schemas, and optimized BI datasets
- Develop and maintain DAX/MDX calculations, KPIs, measures, and hierarchies
- ETL/ELT & Data Integration: Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Informatica, Talend, or similar tools. Integrate data from multiple structured and unstructured sources.
- Ensure high data quality, governance, and validation
Requirements
- 6 years of BI development experience
- Expertise in Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView/Qlik Sense
- Advanced SQL and relational database experience
- ETL/ELT development experience
- Data warehouse/lake design and modeling
- Cloud BI platforms (Azure Synapse, Snowflake, Redshift)
- Python or R for analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or higher certificate in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
