• Qual: Degree – Civil or Structural Eng.
• Prof. Reg.: ECSA Professional Engineer – however registered Candidate Engineers working towards Pr Eng will be considered.
• 10 years professional experience
• Experienced in conceptual and detailed design development on multiple complex projects. 
• Structural engineering detailed design.
• Niche technical building design expertise.
• Quality assurance throughout the project life cycle.
• Knowledge of the commercial aspects of project management.
• Must be reliable, proven stability in career – no job hopping (2 years or more per employer record).
