About the Role
Join a high-performing service control centre focused on managing breakdowns and scheduling services within company KPIs. As a Service Controller (Major Accounts), you will be responsible for ensuring professional customer handling, timely technician dispatch, and complete customer satisfaction follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate service schedules in ADP
- Schedule services using Service App & Webfleet
- Dispatch and monitor technician productivity
- Follow up with customers and technicians post-service
- Obtain approvals for additional work and reschedule if needed
- Update CRM and hour meter readings
- Coordinate with parts department and issue weekly service schedules
- Generate overdue service and telematics reports
- Adhere to company processes and assist with debtors’ queries
- Support performance reviews and compliance with company policies
Requirements
- Grade 12
- 1 year of service admin or call centre experience
- Computer skills (email, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Deadline-driven and works well under pressure
