About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to manage and run commercial building projects across Johannesburg and Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification. With a proven track record in managing complex construction projects, you will play a critical role in driving our company’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site labour
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
- Oversee quality control, health & safety compliance, and site administration
- Coordinate with professional teams, clients, and head office
- Daily site planning, progress reporting, and programme control
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years experience as a Site Manager on commercial building projects
- Proven experience on medical facilities, hospitals, or similar regulated environments (advantageous)
- Strong background in concrete structures, finishes, and services coordination
- Relevant Construction Management / Building qualification
- Sound understanding of JBCC contracts, site programming, and QA systems
Qualifications
Minimum 810 years experience as a Site Manager on commercial building projects. Proven experience on medical facilities, hospitals, or similar regulated environments (advantageous)
Salary & Benefits
R55 000 – R75 000 per month (Cost to Company) Market-related benefits based on experience and project exposure
