Job Description

Resource Management Ensure resource availability and allocation for all project activities. Coordinate technical teams, subcontractors, and vendors to optimize project delivery. Manage project budgets and control costs effectively. Stakeholder & Client Relationship Management Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders involved in the project. Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and manage expectations. Ensure adherence to the agreement between the client and the company. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with all project participants. Risk Management & Problem Solving Perform risk management activities to identify, assess, and minimize project risks. Proactively address project challenges and implement solutions. Escalate critical issues to management with recommended solutions. Vendor & Third-Party Management Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and vendors. Coordinate vendor activities and ensure compliance with project requirements. Manage vendor performance and resolve any issues that arise. Reporting & Communication Report project status, risks, and issues to management as needed. Provide regular feedback to operations and/or branch managers on project progress. Facilitate effective communication between all project stakeholders. Present project updates and outcomes to senior management and clients. Manage on site SLA team across the site Planning on SLA schedules and controlling Adhoc service delivery within confides of the contract. Documentation & Compliance Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans, schedules, budgets, and reports. Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date. Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills: Mandatory Qualifications & Certifications Grade 12 or equivalent qualification Valid PSIRA registration Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle Tertiary qualification or diploma in the field of engineering for technical project managers (advantageous) Technical Competencies Sound knowledge and understanding of CCTV systems Sound knowledge and understanding of Cathexis systems Sound knowledge and understanding of Access Control systems Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Project management methodologies and tools Experience Proven work experience as a Project Manager in the technology and electronic security sector (essential) Proven track record in the electronic security industry Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time and within budget Personal Attributes Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities Problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Client-focused approach with strong relationship management skills Clean disciplinary record No criminal record Clean credit record
