Job Summary
– Data Analysis & Exploration:
Clean, prepare, and analyze large datasets from various financial domains. Identify patterns and derive insights using statistical methods and tools like Python, R, or SAS.
– Model Development:
Build and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms to forecast financial metrics like customer behavior, risk, and return.
– Visualization & Communication:
Translate complex data into clear, compelling visual stories using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
– Project Support & Collaboration:
Partner with experienced consultants across multidisciplinary teams to support client projects, contribute to deliverables, and gain hands-on experience in financial consulting.
– Learning & Growth:
Engage in continuous learning through training, mentorship, and development plans to fast-track your career in analytics.
What We’re Looking For
– Master’s degree in Data Science or Analytics (progress toward a PhD is a plus)
– 0–2 years of practical experience in data science or machine learning
– Strong programming skills in Python or R
– Solid understanding of statistical analysis and ML algorithms
– Familiarity with cloud tools (AWS, Azure), big data platforms (Spark, Hadoop), and deep learning frameworks
– Comfort with financial datasets and modelling techniques (e.g., time series, pricing models) is advantageous
– Bonus: Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualisation tools
