Key Responsibilities
As the Project Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of multiple strategic projects. Your duties will include:
- Overseeing end-to-end project management from planning through execution
- Managing budget forecasting and ensuring cost alignment
- Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety, legislative requirements, and internal policies
- Sourcing, managing, and negotiating with suppliers for strategic project needs
- Delivering quick-turnaround, solution-driven support for operational challenges
- Planning and implementing strategic project objectives, with agile responsiveness to changing needs
Qualifications & Experience
- Project Management qualification (PMBOK/PMB) or Electrical qualification
- 2–3 years of experience in Project Administration and/or Project Management
- Experience in Real Estate, Facilities, or Construction sectors
Technical Skills Required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project
