About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to oversee and manage our end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring materials and products flow efficiently through the organization while meeting customer demands, optimizing costs, and maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Forecast demand and plan inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Identify risks and develop contingency plans.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective contracts.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Manage transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.
- Track key supply chain metrics (cost, quality, delivery, inventory) and prepare reports for senior management.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in SAP ERP systems and supply chain management software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
