• Lead and manage the IT infrastructure team, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical oversight
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments
• Ensure high availability, performance, security, and scalability across all systems
• Develop and implement infrastructure strategies, policies, and standards
• Manage vendors, contracts, and service providers to ensure service excellence
• Monitor system performance and drive proactive improvements
• Oversee disaster recovery planning, execution, and documentation
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to support technology initiatives
• Manage budgets, resource planning, and project delivery

Job Experience and Key Requirements: 

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management or a senior infrastructure role
• Strong knowledge of networking, server environments, virtualization, and storage solutions
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Proficiency with security principles, firewalls, and identity/access management
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing technical teams
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational abilities
• Experience with ITIL or other service management frameworks is an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment

Desirable Skills: 

• Relevant certifications: Microsoft Azure, Cisco, VMware, ITIL, CompTIA
• Experience with automation, scripting, or DevOps practices
• Exposure to hybrid cloud architecture and modernisation projects
