About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking an experienced E-Learning Developer to join their team in the Northern Cape. As a creative and technically skilled professional, you will design, build, and maintain cutting-edge digital learning experiences that reflect their unique culture, tone, and visual identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive e-learning content using tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
- Translate scripts and storyboards into engaging digital learning experiences.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and designers to ensure accuracy and creativity.
- Integrate multimedia (audio, video, animation) into course content.
- Test and troubleshoot content for quality assurance across devices and platforms.
- Maintain and update existing e-learning materials.
- Ensure accessibility and responsive design best practices.
Requirements
- 24+ years of experience in e-learning development or instructional design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools (Articulate, Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite, or HTML5-based solutions).
- Strong visual sense with a portfolio of interactive learning content.
- Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
Qualifications
- Relevant qualification
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
