About the Role
Hire Resolve, a leading sublimation apparel company based in Isando, Gauteng, is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join their creative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing high-quality sportswear and garment designs using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW. With a strong background in sublimation printing and garment design, the ideal candidate will collaborate with production and sales teams to ensure design alignment with client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design artwork and lay-ups for sublimation garment printing
- Create high-quality digital graphics using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW
- Develop production-ready files for print
- Collaborate with production and sales teams to ensure design alignment with client needs
- Work under pressure to meet daily production deadlines
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes
Requirements
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Experience with sublimation printing and garment design
- Prior experience in sportswear or apparel design is advantageous
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English (spoken and written)
- Must have own reliable transport
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Completed relevant degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
- Professional certifications in Adobe Creative Suite are a plus
