About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Creditors Clerk to join our client’s team in Kempton Park, South Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing supplier invoices, goods received notes, and ensuring timely payment of supplier invoices.

Key Responsibilities

Supplier invoices are matched against goods received notes.
Capturing of Supplier invoices.
Capturing of Credit.
Requisitions.
Purchase.
Invoices.
Ensure the correct GL (General Ledger).
Utilised when processing supplier.
Management of Goods Received Not Invoiced.
Management of open supplier purchase orders.
Timeous payment of supplier invoices.
Preparation of monthly creditor reconciliations.
Able to work overtime when required.

Requirements

Grade 12
Manufacturing experience
Minimum of 5 years experience in performing creditors payable
Minimum of 5 years experience in performing accounts payable
Financial IT systems: Infor Baan
Technical aptitude
Reliable transport
