About the Role
Tshikuta Properties Investments (Pty) Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic Rental Manager to lead our rental division and ensure exceptional service delivery to both landlords and tenants. If you thrive in a fast-paced property environment and excel at people management, problem-solving, and operational oversight we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the rental department.
- Manage and support a team of rental agents and admin staff.
- Source, secure, and onboard new rental listings.
- Ensure timely placement of qualified tenants.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
- Liaise with landlords and tenants regarding maintenance, lease renewals, and escalations.
- Handle disputes and escalated issues professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure all leases, documentation, and legal requirements are accurate and up to date.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and occupancy statistics.
Requirements
- 35 years proven experience in property rentals or real estate management.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth understanding of rental legislation and tenancy processes.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in property management systems & MS Office.
