Rental Manager Position Available | Tshikuta PropertiesTshikuta Properties is seeking an experienced and dynamic Rental Manager to lead our rental division and ensure exceptional service delivery to both landlords and tenants. If you thrive in a fast-paced property environment and excel at people management, problem-solving, and operational oversight we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:* Oversee daily operations of the rental department.* Manage and support a team of rental agents and admin staff.* Source, secure, and onboard new rental listings.* Ensure timely placement of qualified tenants.* Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with legal and company standards.* Liaise with landlords and tenants regarding maintenance, lease renewals, and escalations.* Handle disputes and escalated issues professionally and efficiently.* Ensure all leases, documentation, and legal requirements are accurate and up to date.* Prepare monthly performance reports and occupancy statistics.* Ensure adherence to the Rental Housing Act and all relevant regulations.Key Competencies:- Strong customer service orientation- Excellent problem-solving abilities- Skilled in negotiation & conflict resolution- Able to manage multiple priorities under pressure- Strategic thinker with initiativeRequirements:~ 35 years proven experience in property rentals or real estate management~ Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities~ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills~ In-depth understanding of rental legislation and tenancy processes~ High attention to detail and strong organizational skills~ Proficiency in property management systems & MS Office~ Valid drivers license and own transport~ Valid FFC (preferred)Salary: Negotiable | Based on skills and experienceHow to Apply: Send your CV to: *****@*****.co.za
