- Accounts receivable reporting and reconciliations, DSO calculation
- Forecasting project closures
- Income statements
- Balance sheet
- Cash flow
- Compiling and submission of the annual budget
- Capex budget against cost
- Project cashflows actual against budget
- Review cost center
- Advise cost center managers on
- Tender Review & Qualifications on large projects
- Review of project costs and margins
- Closing of projects on ERP
- Monthly management report to Head Office & shareholders
- Managing project control audits
- Review analysis and report on the proposed new
- Follow strict procedures and processes dictated by
- Review Insurance
- New vehicle documentation
- Insurance
- Vehicle tracking
- Management of inter-company transactions, trade, and loan accounts
- Reconciling and balancing of inter-company balances
