About the Role
Dynamic Outsourced Solutions Pty. Ltd is seeking an Internal Sales Representative to join our team in Kimberley, South Africa. The ideal candidate will be energetic, outgoing, and driven, with a strong passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide internal sales support to existing and new customers
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up on outstanding enquiries
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Assist customers with technical product information and product selection
- Ensure excellent customer service and prompt response times
- Liaise with suppliers, warehouse, and external sales representatives
- Maintain accurate pricing, stock, and customer records
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall branch performance
- Assist with counter sales and telephonic sales enquiries
- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth
Requirements
- Previous internal sales experience within the pumps, pipes, valves, fittings or irrigation industry
- Strong technical product knowledge of pumps, fittings, flanges, valves, and irrigation products
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities
