About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Yard/Operation Manager to join our team in Kimberley, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our steel manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a team of production staff
- Monitor and control production processes to meet quality and productivity standards
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Coordinate logistics and inventory management
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- National Certificate in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, business)
- Valid operating license
- Previous experience as Yard Manager and Operation Manager in a steel manufacturing environment
