Job Summary

ARCHITECTURAL DRAUGHTSPERSON/TECHNICIAN – KNYSNA This is an urgent position, and the successful candidate will need to already live in Knysna or have proof of accommodation here.RESPONSIBILITIES:At least two years planning office experience together with some experience required doing submissions to Council.You will liaise with clients and municipal offices.Computer literacy should be above average.Experience working on REVIT and LUMION with a good understanding of AUTOCAD.Accuracy together with a good work ethic is very important!Good time management is essential.PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:Your own laptop/computer that is compatible to be able to run REVIT, LUMION and AutoCADYour own car with a valid driver`s licenseMatriculation.Not necessarily qualified but experiencedExcellent English (verbal and written communication skills)Ability to handle pressure.NON-SMOKERS ONLY.Mouldable and willing to take instruction.We are looking for someone who is both trustworthy and reliable, very much a team player and with a friendly and helpful disposition.Please e-mail your cv in MS Word format together with a portfolio of your work and a suitable small photo for front of cv purposes to Lynne Harris Recruitment
