About the Role
As a Home Loan Finance Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential clients and providing tailored home finance solutions. Your primary objective is to leverage lead providers, direct marketing, and proactive prospecting methods to identify and nurture leads, ultimately driving business growth for our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage in prospecting potential home loan clients through lead providers and direct marketing.
- Develop a robust network through partnerships and relationship building.
- Execute referral campaigns, outdoor/Mall/Community marketing, social media, corporate presentations, and wellness days to source potential leads.
- Utilize open-ended questioning to understand clients’ financial and emotional needs.
- Pre-qualify clients by assessing their background and linking it to credit health reports and affordability.
- Identify financial challenges and offer solutions.
- Ensure proper records of leads and follow-ups.
