Minimum Requirements

Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.Eng / B.Sc. Eng)
Registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng)
10+ years experience in engineering consulting or construction supervision
Strong command of industry codes, contractual frameworks (FIDIC, GCC, NEC, JBCC), and quality systems

Key Responsibilities

? Provide expert technical oversight and leadership across design and construction phases
? Sign off on engineering designs and drawings as a responsible engineer
? Mentor junior engineers and contribute to staff development and training
? Lead feasibility studies, master planning, and scope development
? Prepare and/or manage designs, reports, specifications, and tender documents
? Represent the business in client engagements and relevant industry bodies
? Ensure adherence to QA systems, HSE regulations, and engineering standards
? Monitor project schedules, budgets, and construction progress
? Drive collaboration with clients, consultants, and construction partners

Skills and Expertise

Advanced project management and budgeting skills
Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities
Excellent communication, report writing, and stakeholder engagement
Knowledge of local legislation (OHSA, Environmental Regs)
Proficient in MS Office and engineering tools
Technical depth in one or more disciplines through experience or research
