About the Role
A well-established law firm based in Morningside, Durban is seeking a Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years post admission experience as a conveyancer. The ideal candidate will have experience working with major banks such as Standard Bank, Nedbank, and First National Bank.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct conveyancing work for clients
- Prepare and submit bond applications to major banks
- Manage conveyancing files and ensure timely completion of transactions
- Provide expert advice on conveyancing matters
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years post admission experience as a conveyancer
- Experience working with Standard Bank, Nedbank, and First National Bank (desirable)
Qualifications
- Admission as a conveyancer (attorney-advice)
