Medical doctors needed for locum/permanent work. Documents needed TAX CERTIFICATE VACCINATION CARD UPDATED CV ID OR PASSPORT (CLEAR COPY)(MARRIGE CERTIFICATE if applicable) 2 x CURRENT WRITTEN reference letters (signed as confirmed/date) COPY OF CERTIFICATES (School/College/University) ALL OTHER CERTIFICATES OF COURSES DONE, ATLS, ACLS, PALS, BACHELOR OF SURGERY ETC. DISPENSING COURSE DONE AND RECEIPT HPCSA/SANC/SAPC REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE MPS (MALPRACTICE INSURANCE COVER) Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MB,ChB) HPCSA registration Completed you community service and registered as an Independent medical practitioner.
