About the Role
homechoice is a leading South African homeware retailer, seeking an experienced Store Supervisor to join our team at the Kokstad Regional Centre Showroom. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can drive operational efficiency and ensure a strong internal control environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute accurate financial stock takes
- Ensure showroom processes (inventory, receiving, and frontline) comply with legal regulations
- Maintain visual merchandising standards
- Manage showroom productivity across all areas to drive sales
- Develop timely action plans to address deficiencies
- Maintain optimal stock levels through efficient stock control processes
- Implement strict cash management procedures
- Provide training, coaching, and guidance to staff on internal controls and store risk awareness
- Deliver timely and accurate reporting on the internal control framework
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in Compliance and Admin Management
- Clear criminal and ITC record
- Must not be currently debarred or declared not fit and proper in terms of the FAIS Act
- Available to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Qualifications
- Grade 12/Matric/NQF 4 – Minimum
