About the Role
A well-established organization within the agricultural sector, operating in a complex and data-driven environment, is looking to appoint a BI Manager. This role sits at the intersection of finance, IT, and strategy, reporting directly to the CFO and playing a key role in improving both strategic and operational decision-making through advanced reporting and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, analyse and translate business and reporting needs into effective BI solutions.
- Design and develop BI modules, dashboards and management reports.
- Create, analyse and interpret large data sets to support financial and operational decision-making.
- Drive improvements in strategic and operational performance through meaningful insights.
- Manage and enhance BI reporting frameworks across the organization.
- Leverage advanced Excel reporting and BI tools to deliver accurate, timely information.
Requirements
- BCom Degree in Accounting or a related qualification.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a financial, IT or reporting environment.
- Experience within the financial or IT industry, with exposure to the agricultural sector being advantageous.
- Strong interest and demonstrated expertise in data analytics, business intelligence and reporting.
- Proven experience working with Power BI.
